Carmel came out strong in the first half, showing great ball movement and composure on the ball. A string of beautiful passes lead to a Carmel goal just four minutes into the match. T.J. Helly found Joey Macaluso on the outside and Joey beat the keeper and placed the ball in the goal. Carmel continued to gain possession throughout most of the first half. A frustrated Ketcham team came out strong in the second half and Carmel spent most of the time just fighting them off. Carmel was successful though, and walked away with a 1-0 league win to bring their record to 3-3.
