To make it short I was driving my 67 Plymouth Belvedere when I was pulled over and given a ticket for using historic tags for daily transportation.
Maryland vehicle law states that they can't be used for daily transportation but can be used for occasional transportation, parades, car shows, and club activities.
The car rarely leaves the driveway except for some weekend driving mainly.
When I finally got my day in court the judge said he had been on the bench for 30 years and had never saw that charge before so he had to look it up.
The Code of Maryland said no daily transportation but made no mention to the occasional part but the latest vehicle law book made mention to the occasional but not the daily.
Since I was caught in the middle of it the judge said he would give me the benefit of the doubt and find me not guilty.
It just goes to show if you read into the laws you can beat the system now and again.

This is a 67 Plymouth Belvedere, however it is not mine
