| BBQ Veggies (stir fry) You will need one of those BBQ alluminum or metal pan that have small holes in the bottom. 2 zuccuni 1 1/2 onion 1 red, yellow, and green bell peppers whole green beans what ever other desire veggies 2 cups of italian salad dressing 1/2 cup vineger 1/3 cup of lemons shreaded without the rine or skin (seeds ok) garlic powder onion powder salt, pepper chop veggies all about the same size, bit size and soak in Italian Dressing, vineger and lemon shreads . Add desire amounts of garlic and onion powder, salt pepper. Soak about 2 hrs. When grill is ready, cook veggies onions are tender. Baste with some of sauce mix, then serve in sauce when veggies are done to your liking if not done when onions are tender. mesquite smoker chips are recomended. |

| Secret Sish- Kabob Special 1 onion sliced in fourths and seperated 1 bell pepper any color cut into squares 1 round steak ( good size) onion powder garlic powder teriyaki sauce soy sauce skewers hammer meat flat. Now srinkle with teriyaki and soy sauce, onion and garlic powder. stab meat with a fork as if to push down the seasonings into the meat. Then hammer meat lightly to help push seasoning in. Do both sides. Now slice meat for skewers. Put meat on skewers evenly with the veggies. BBQ or grill for about 15-20 minutes. |

| Meatloaf on the BBQ ? 2 slighly beaten eggs 2 lbs of ground beef 2 cups of soft bread crumbs 3/4 cup minced onion 2 tablesppons of prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons of salt teaspoon of dry musturd 1/4 cup of milk 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup of catsup Combine fist 8 ingredences and mix well. Shape in 5 miniture meatloaves about 41/2 x 2 1/2 inches . Place in wire broiler basket. Heat butter with catsup just till the butter melts. brush over all sides of loaves. Cook for about 20 minutes besure to turn and brush often. Use remaining sauce for meal. generouse 5 serving meal |

| Traditonal Ribs 4 lbs of meatly loin Back ribs 1 cup onion chopped 1/4 cup of salad oil 1 8-ounce can of seasoned tomatoe sauce ( 1 cup) 1/2 cup of water 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of lemon juice 3 table spoon of worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon mustard 2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper cook ribs slowly over coals, smokerchips add a great flavor Brown onion and add the rest of the ingredences and simmer 10 minutes. Baste sauce over ribs till done. |

| Cheesed Potatoes 3 large potaotes , Pared 5 slices of bacon 1 large onion, sliced 1/2 lb of processed cheese american cubed 2 cups 1/2 cup butter or margarine slice potaotes onto a big piece of foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper crumple bacon over, Add onionand cheese cubes, slice butter all over. Mix on foilbrign edges up and leaving a little space for expansion of steam seal well with double fold Cook one hour over hot coals turning several times serves 6 |

| Greatest Chicken Marinade/Sauce 1/2 cup of musturd 3 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce 3 tablespoon of soy sauce tablespoon of garlic powder , mince , chunks any of those are find 2 tablespoon of onion powder 1 tablespoon of teriyaki glaze/ honey either is fine if BBQ , use a can a beer in with the charcole. when you lay your coles just set the can in the BBQ with the coles. |
