| Classic Beef stew you will need , 1 pound of beef ( round, rump) 1 table spoon of salt 1 tbl spoon of pepper 1/4 cup of flour 2 cubes of beef bouion 2 cups of beef broth 1 tbl of chili powder (optional) 1 onion 1 bell pepper 1 cup of carrots 1/4 cup of peas 3 potatoes boil peas carrots and potatoes in 2 cup of broth. next brown meat after you cut into small chunks. when meat is brown let it cool. Chop onion bell pepper . now your meat may be cool. Take flour and cover meat completly in it . Now add the meat too the soup on low simmer heat. Add the onions and bell pepper let cook for 1/2 hr to 45 mins. When almost done , add your spices. Those are very mild ones you can add garlic onion powder, season salt ....... but the chili powder will spice it up some. Add the bouion last let cook 5 -10 more mins stiring a lot. |
| creamy potatoe cheese you will need , 3 large potaoes cut in bit size squares 1 pound of cheese 1 cup of choped ham 1/2 cup of butter 1/4 cup of flour 1 tbl of dry musterd 1 tbl of salt 2 tsp of white pepper ( black will do) 1/3 cup of minced onion 1 tbl of onion powder 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of choped celery in a nice size stew pan, boil 1/2 cup of water with potatoes , onion and celery. In another large frying pan, put 1/2 cup of butter on lowest heat not to sizzle. When all melted , add flour slowly making a roux constanly stiring. when all melted and mixed, add milk and warm. Now add the cheese (graded) when cheese is melted into mix it should take roughly 10 mins besure you don't boil potatoes and celery longer than 15 mins. When cheese is all melted add seasonings salt musturd pepper and so on. Stir in and then add to the potatoes and cook till all mixed in. |
| DBD Fried Steak (country style) 3-4 think steaks flour 1-2 cups 2 eggs !/4 cup milk season salt , garlic powder , onion powder use a meat hammer to flaten meat. Beat the meat good. get two pie pans. One for flour and spice and the other one for milk and egg. Fold milk and egg together. Dip the steaks before you fry them in this order , first dip in flour then in egg then backin the flour. Pan fry in 1/4 cup of greese. |

| Baked fish Bolivia style 5-7 servings 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs 1 onion chopped 2 tbl spoons of butter 1/2 tsp spoon nutmeg 7 tbl spoons of lemon juice 2 egg yolks lightly beaten , 5 tbl spoons of butter salt pepper 5-7 fish fillet saute onion in butter about 2-3 tbl spoon till tender. Add bread crumbs stirring constantly till golden. Remove from heat. Add egg yolk, nutmeg , 5 tbl spoons of butter and 5 tbl spoons of lemon juice. Lay out fish on baking pan heat oven to 400. Place bread crumbs evenly over each fillet. Fold fish and fasen it with toothpicks. Bake for 30 mins basting often with left over melted butter and lemon juice . Red neck rice sugested to serve with. |
| GOOLOSH 1 onion 1 can of tomatos or 4 blacned tomatos 2-3 crushed garlic cloves or 1 tblspn of garlic powder 1/2-1 lbs of hamburger chilli powder brown meat 5 minutes . chop onion and add. Add garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. cook 5 more minutes till onion 's are tender. Drain fat.Add chilli powder according to taste. now add tomatoes . cook till all hot. |
