| Balsalmic wings 12-15 chicken wings (cut apart) 1 cup balsalmic viniger 1/4 cup of lemon juice ( juice of 1 lemon it doesn't need to be exact) marinade chicken in viniger and lemon in storage bag for 30 minutes - over night. remove wings from marinade and place marinade in small sauce pan on low heat. Put wings in hot broiler with a light sprinkling of salt for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. turn over and do the same. marinade will reduce into thick sauce and serve over plated wings. |
| Russian Salad 2 cups firmly cooked carrots ( boiled 15 minutes) cubed 1/4 inch pea size 2 cups firmly cooked potatoes ( boiled 20 minutes ) peeled and cubed 1/4 inch 2 cups ham cubed 1/4 inch 2 cups pickles cubed 1/4 inch 2 cups canned peas 1/4 - 2/3 cup your favorite mayonaiase keep all ingredences seperate until mixing in bowl. DO NOT throw all ingredence in a bowl and mix. Take a hand full at a time and layer salad using a spoonfull or 2 at a time of mayo. Salt and pepper to taste as you layer. Do this until all ingrences are in bowl. Now mix together using plastic or wooden utincle. the secret to this delicate salad is making sure all of your ingredences are the same size as the peas and layering it before you mix it. Great for entertaining and good for replacing the traditional potaote salad. Also great wrapped in prociutto. |

| Tarragon lemon Turkey Dry tarragon Lemon herb sesoning or pepper season salt celery salt Use about the same amounts of each, tarragon and lemon seasoning. 1/4 part each seasonsalt celery salt. Apply the dry tarragon first ,then lemon seasoning. apple the 2 salts mixed if desired evenly over turkey. best if left over night but good to bake right away. Turkey cooks about 18 minutes per pound with 1/2 hr to full hour standing time. Packages turkey breast will have instructions like whole turkeys. great with tarragon potatoes. Tarragon Potatoes roast potatoes with same sesonings ommitting the celerysalt and lemon seasoning. drizzle with melted butter before baking. |
| Asian Pork Tenderloin 2-4 lb pork tenderloin roast 2 tb seseame seed oil 1/2 cup regular or reduced sodium soy sauce 2tb of each, dried onions,dried minced garlic plus 1 1/2 tb spoons of each set to the side 6 cloves fresh garlic smashed 1 tb dried ginger plus 2 tp set aside mixed with other dried ingredence ( set aside above) 2 splashes of rice vinegar Marinade in large ziplock bag roasts, oil, soysauce, dried onions, fresh garlic, ginger ( 1st measurment) Place roast in pan on bed of carrots and celery or roasting rack and coat roast in left over ingredence . . bake about 45 minutes @ 350 preheated oven let rest up to an hour. |
