Our goal for the 2004-05 R.O.C.K. year is to introduce our children to American government and its electoral process, emphasizing the foundational freedoms of its citizens’, the Biblical basis for these freedoms, and the responsibilities of each American citizen.

A bit of information on who ROCK is:

Vision: Founded in 2001, Bellefonte R.O.C.K. is a classical Christian homeschool cooperative that is committed to encouraging and edifying homeschool families who have answered God’s call to educate their children at home.

Mission: to provide, through regular meetings, a time and place for the homeschool parent to fellowship with other parents, to share concerns and burdens, and to be prayed for and pray for fellow homeschool parents.  Additionally, we aim to supplement home education cooperatively through pooling our resources and offering our children enriching activities that promote fellowship, foster learning and encourage character building.

More information on the group is available at the meeting along with the objectives for the year.
