We are writing to inform
you that we are the managing agents for Richmond Gardens, a subsidized
housing project located on Jersey Street, Staten Island, New York.
We are about to reopen
our waiting list for this project. Interested parties can obtain
applications by writing to our office at the above address or calling
516-466-6527 ext. 24 between the hours of 10:00am - 3:00pm.
The first advertisement
will appear in local newspapers on August 30, 2004. Applications
will not be accepted until the date of the first advertisement.
Additional copies of the application are available upon request, but
we urge you that you DO NOT mail more than one application per family.
If more than one is received, it will be dropped to the bottom of the
list.
