Kinman was in the taskforce that entered Chiss space and was completely destroyed. Convinced Thrawn to destroy the Outbound Flight. Secretly brought Mordred to Coruscant. Created the Vojec Raiders to hunt down and destroy the Jedis. Vader himself used the help of Vojec Raiders many times.

There's no reference on how would Kinman look like so we used the only model that could express all his power and wisdom: Sir Sean Connery.
