Camp Hialeah Army Post |
One of the central points of gathering on Camp Hialeah is the Pusan Pub. It's a bar that features a dining room serving nightly specials in addition to a menu of pizza, burgers and other assorted food items. Live bands, karaoke and dance lessons are offered on a regular basis along with slot machines in the back room. |
This was my absolutely favorite picture above. In the background is one of several fire rescue trucks on post. The fire guys are really nice and come out to visit us on a regular basis, checking alarm settings and ensuring our smoke detectors are in proper working order. |
Every place you look, the post is surrounded by rolling hills and the fabulous scenery that is Pusan. The post itself is meticulously maintained, offering up brightly colored flowers and the manicured shrubs that are seen here and in other places. It's very peaceful and serene. |
In the picture at the left, turning the corner you will walk straight into the main entrance of the Pusan Pub. The Pub is also located right next to the back walking gate, which is where most of us leave post to walk to the Somyon shopping area and to the Subway Station. |
