Adventures Out
We went on a night hike
on lovely night in March 2005. Starting in front of the Cams Hall Golf
Course, we walked along the water's edge all the way around to Birdwood
Grove.
We stopped at a big
field along the way and after having some biscuits and crisps, we played games in the dark with our torches.
Bowling is loads of
fun!
We always have a great
time when we go bowling so we go whenever we can.
One
glorious Monday evening in July 2003, we took advantage of the lovely summer weather and went
to the Funtley River. The river was chilly but lots of fun. Most of us
used the rope swing to catapult ourselves into the water. Once we were all
dried off, we had a picnic!
Several
times throughout the year we meet in the woods where we usually will build
campfires (in small groups) and have cookouts! People
will bring everything from hotdogs and hamburgers to eggs and pancakes. Of
course there's usually a selection of marshmallows too!

We had previously
visited Legoland in November 2002 and were really pleased to go back.
Loads
of Girls and Guiders traveled by coach to Legoland in Windsor.
We had tons of
fun and want to go again soon!
