George & Eleanor Russell's

E. I. Russell's 1914-44 Photo Album

Home Photo Album Home Previous Page Next Page

A number of pictures are located in this archive. These pictures relate to photos obtained from one of mother's albums: the E. I. Russell's 1914-44 Photo Album. Each web page will show 9 album pages, with thumbnail views linking to the full pictures. There are a total of 112 pages in this album. The originals were scanned at 150 pixels/ inch, in general, and this yields about 0.5 meg per page. Some of the pictures were faded and so were adjusted for display on this website. The full sized pictures may have to be stored on the Epson website as the total is too large for the Rogers website that we are using. We have found that direct access from a web page into Epson has not tended to work so I shall provide links for each large picture so you can call up the URL yourself. When we found a picture of use for other web pages it was generally scanned at up to 1200 pixels/ inch for the best detail.
