Ok, I have mentioned in other post that being a nurse can be trying at times.  Today was one of those days.  I was doing what they call "Triage" today.  Although I cannot discuss anything that may give away patient confidentiallity, I can discuss things that you dont want to go to an EMERGENCY ROOM for.  You dont go to an E.R. for a pregnancy test because you can't afford one.  IT will end up costing you $1200!!!  Don't come there for "hair breakage".  You see your hair stylist for that.  Also, don't come because you heard your baby may not be yours.  DNA test take time, and we do not do them in the E.R.  Ok, I am off for 3 days, so I will get off af that soap box! 

Party plans are almost finished.  I am finilizing the last little bits tomorrow.  With a little luck, he and his classmates will have the best party ever!  I am still wanting to buy the go-cart, and still, Bill says I can't.  I need some folks to email him and explain exactly how much Brandon needs it so that he will agree to it!!!  Oh yea, He was supposed to write the blog yesterday, and yet he didn't.  Does that justify me being defiant and going ahead and buying the go-cart?  I think it does!  Anyone agree?

You know, everyday I learn more not only about DMD, but also ADD and ADHD.  It is mind blowing how it actually works on the brain and the way you think about things.  I have always known that our family (all of which has ADD or ADHD) always had to be doing something.  Once you read up on it, you will be amazed as to why.

I workied on making Brandon a "bag" for the side of his wheelchair.  It actually turned out semi-decent, concidering I am literally just learning and didnt have a pattern.  I will throw a picture on here of it as soon as I finish.  I still have to add straps and velcro to it still.  It is a little longer than I wanted, but I think it may be ok for the urinal to easily go into.

Oh yea, Bill has forever harrassed my darling King Caesar because of his "percieved" feminity.  He took Midnight for his hair appointment today, HA-HA-HA!!!  That has got to be the biggest sissy dog I have ever seen!
