Her litter is perpetually in tow, never seeming to outgrow puppyhood. Their father is unknown, but the runt is sometimes called ELMER

In the 'Blondie' film series, Daisy was played by 3 dog actors, all male. As if to compensate, this was the name we gave our female poodle [right] of long ago
