Casey's Golf Tournament Story
The Caseski Opp-ortunity Fund was created in memory of Casey Opp who was in a fatal car accident on November 12, 2002. Casey loved skining and became a ski instructor at Afton Alps and taught sking there most of his teenage years.  He dreamed of moving out west to ski so, after graduating from Woodbury High School in 2000, he became a ski instructor at Vail for one season and at Mammoth Lakes, California the next.  He was on his way to Mammoth for his second season when he fell asleep at the wheel.  The Caseski Opp-opportunity Fund was created in his honor to give children who are physically handicapped or financially challenged the opportunity to ski.

Proceeds of the tournament will benefit the Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare's Adaptive Sports Equipment Program.  The Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare is an independent, non-for-profit hospital located in St. Paul.
