A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef John�s constant high standards and professionalism along with creative menus have garnered raves from clientele such as Fuel, Patti LaBelle, Robert Trent Jones, Dave Thomas, Lindsey Buckingham, and Jay Corley, Founder of Monticello Vineyards. After extensive stints as executive chef for upscale establishments in New York, South Florida and the Caribbean, Chef John chose southeastern Wisconsin (centrally located in the Milwaukee-Madison-Chicago area) in which to unite his two passions - fine food and excellent music.
Focusing on touring performing artists, Chef John creates unique menus fully customized to clients� specifications, then delivers directly to the site, location or happening event in a discreet, professional manner.
