Within one block are two of the largest grocery stores, Internet, laundromat, Budget Rentacar, Banks/Money Exchanges, ATMs, theater, liquor stores, chicken & rib open pit barbecues, La Mission and other restaurants, and miscellaneous tourist needs resources, with convenient taxi or bus access to any part of the island.
Casa Concha has a free local phone and keyed security safe and also features a 2-person garden tub in the skylighted master bathroom, a private outdoor shower, garden patio, air conditioning, cable TV, and microwave in the fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, other 2 bedrooms are 1 double and 1 twins. There is roof patio access (BBQ and jacuzzi projects in-the-works) for sunbathing, or stargazing or watching fireworks from the cruise ships!
The managers are great island hosts for your visit and can help coordinate scuba diving or other vacation plans.
RATES:
Low Season May 1-Dec 14, 1-2 Persons $450 per week; 3 Persons $525 per week; 4-5 persons $600 per week.
High Season Dec 15-April 30, 1-2 persons $525 per week; 3 persons, $600 per week; 4-5 persons $675 per week.
Refundable security deposit amounts vary by stay and number of guests. Holidays rents increase (Christmas, New Year�s, Carnaval, Easter and Spring break). Shorter and longer term rentals always flexible and negotiable. Time trading in other scuba areas always a possibility!
