WINTER RATES (November - April)

Apartment 2 : 180 Euros per night or 800 Euros per week (Sun-sun) for 4 people max

Apartment 3 : 150 Euros per night or 700 Euros per week (Sun-sun) for 2 people max

SUMMER RATES (May -October)

Apartment 2 : 200 Euros per night or 900 Euros per week (Sun-sun) for 4 people max

Apartment 3 : 180 Euros per night or 800 Euros per week (Sun-sun) for 2 people max

PLEASE NOTE

1. Any additional person can be accommodated up to the specified maximum occupancy per apartment for an additional charge of 20 Euros per person/day or 70 euros per person/week
2. An italian cook is available upon request, the cost is not included.
3. Maid service is available upon request, cost not included.
4. Heating expenses are not included. they will be charged upon usage.
5. A deposit of 50% of total lodging is due within 10 days from reservation. Guests are responsible of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
6. Cancellation policy : If notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a full refund (less a 10 Euros per person cancellation fee) will be made. If notice is received in less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit  (less a 10 Euros per person cancellation fee) will be refunded only if the apartment is re-rented for the entire period of reservation.
7. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am.
8. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED inside any of the apartments - no exemptions!
