Finished works are treated in various ways. Some are left as clear wood with no finish. Others are treated with various stains or dyes. I also paint, using acrylics applied by airbrush, artist's brush and other methods.�
Special orders are finished as the customer desires, including polyurethane, shellac, lacquer or other finishes.
I have designed trophies for the Delaware Chapter of the� National Wild Turkey Federation Turkey Calling Championship, the Zone II Sporting Clays Championship Shoot, and I produce various golf trophies for local courses.
I make basket bases and lids for local basket makers and groups. These are scrollsawn, with various patterns and animals, and slotted or drilled to accept the basket materials. They are all done on special order per customer requirements (i.e. size, shape, motif and finish). If you have a pattern or picture, I can turn it into a base or lid. I also make handles & feet for baskets.
I work in a variety of woods, both rustic and finished, and also in other media. I produce tile trivets, using unique hand made tile designs and commercial tiles.
