Aydin Dogan International Cartoon Compitition (Turkey) Alexandr Kostenko from Ukraine held the First Prize. Holder of Second Prize is Sait Munzur (Turkey) and Third Prize is Andrzej Graniak (Poland).This year 1436 cartoonists from 94 countries contributed to this competition with 4301 cartoons. After the pre-election stage 306 cartoons of 248 artist were sent to the final judge. |
