This is a blog experiment having to do with my climbing training.
What content will the site contain?
This site will contain simpliefied training workouts and weekly updates on how my training
is going and whether I am seeing results or not. Adittionally I will may look into Scientific
evidence as to why the training may be working and posting about it.
Where will you get all of the content for your site?
I will be getting content from my training schedule created between me and my coach.
Pictures and videos will be of either myself or my coach.
Scientific data will be properly sourced and credit will be given to the original creator.
Why should users care about the focus of the site?
Users interested in upping their climbing game may find this a usefull source.
It could help them find potential workourts that work. Seeing what works for
someone else training wise can always help spark the ideas of ones own traing plan.
Why should a site be built for this?
A website like this is a good idea because rock clibing traing isn't super developed yet.
It will also help the community with their own training needs. Helping develop my sport
and aid others in the community with their training is something
that would make me extremely happy.
What would you like users to do at your site?
Reading and making notes or comments (once I get that up and runnig is what I would hope for
from users while creating and running this site.
What is the goal of the site?
The goal of this site is to provide useful training info based upon real world experience and
scientific evidence when I do the research on specific workouts. I hope that begginers find
this site useful.
