Stated in the official Crimson Moon website is "On a further note, a recent attempt has once again been made to cause confussion and bring attention towards a disgruntled former member of Crimson Moon." Can you tell us about this, are you having problems with former members?
" 'Problems' is perhaps an overstatement, but Overlord is obviously having some difficutly drying his tears since he was removed crom Crimson Moon. A rather heated discussion took place when he was kicked out, and his exact words were 'We should end Crimson Moon all together'. I quickly reminded him of a few basic facts and that it was not a decision for him to make, but it was all I needed to hear from him to make the decision. I made it quite clear and simple that he was out, and Crimson Moon will continue. His response to that was 'If you do, then I am going to kick your ass, we should just end Crimson Moon', followed by threats of bootlegging material, ete, etc. I think it's pretty obvious he's bitter about it all so it's slightly amusing to see this huge change in attitude he has suddenly expressed to re-release old material and form another band using a name, artwork and ideology he had nothing to do with the creation of. All in all though, it has brought up a lot of drama that I guess he is hoping will cause me grief of difficutly and somehow give a poor reputation towards Crimson Moon. He's obviously spending a lot of time and effort on this, which has succeeded only as far as to get a lot of emails in my imbox asking to clarify the conflicting tangents he's been going on and on about. It's really very similar to ridding one's self of a disgruntled, psychopathic ex-girlfriend. Though I would prefer to ignore the situation all together, it has gotten to a point where his only desperate resource for 'attack' are blatant lies designed to cause confustion and a parade of drama, so it has been addressed quite clearly and publicly on the website as opposed to responding to every mail i get about it individually. I am sure he will contineu with all for a while. The new release will silence him, or at least make it quite clear and evident who is merely talking and who is taking appropriate action.

Crimson Moon demos are going to be remastered and remixed for a full release, any dates set to when they will be released out to public?
"This is not entirely true. I recently have recovered the master 4-track tapes drom the demos. I will be re-mastering them but this is not for any re-release as I see no point in doing so with old material. Both demos are already available for free download on the website, as will be the re-mastered/mixed variations that I plan on doing. The motives behind this are for personal reasons, basically using present day technology and equipment to hear the material for myself in optimal sound quality, as well as preserving old cassettes to digital format. If people want to hear it thenthey can for free when it's available on the website. There has been discussion of re-releasing To Embrace the Vampyric Blood as it has been sold out now for quite some time, but there are much more important things to focus on right now as opposed to dwelling on the past. To do things in an honorable way, re-releasing TETVB would be done so resulting in all involved in the writing and recording material (Overlord and I) to receive an equal amoun of royalty copies from the pressing. Considering the situation, I have no desire to do this and would be sinking down to a level I find loathsome if I were to go about this without including him in a fair share of what was contributed for the material. I am sure a lot of people would be interested in obtaining TETVB on CD who did not have the opportunity to obtain it while it was available however, and for that reason plan on making this material available as a free download on the website in the near future."

Crimson Moon has a new cd coming out, right? Can you shed some light on this new cd, has the recording process commenced for this album?
"Material has been written and is now ready to record for a new release. We will begin tracking the Drums this February and are well prepared so the recording process will go quickly and smoothly. The atmosphere which has been, will continue to exist on the new material and some of the aspects some (including myself) felt were missing or not as prominent on The Choice of Spirit will definitely not be ignored this time around. We have opted to withold most information concerning this release until it is being pressed. This decision has been made to aviod further theft concepts, music and lyrics. I can assure you however, this time around there will not be years of waiting for it to be released, so our action will be speaking for usn in the very near future."

I've been reading around and read that this upcoming cd will probably be the last Crimson Moon cd, can you clarify this or maybe even confirm this?
"That would be one of the above mentioned rumors Overlord has chosen to spread, which followed his claim of 'reforming' Crimson Moon. It does fit well for him to want to end Crimson Moon altogether, then decide to all the sudden release a final album as soon as he caught wind that we are obviously progressing with things. Perhaps I am missing something, but I see no point in announcing something to be a 'last album' in a manner as he did, other that a redundant method of gathering attention and hype.-The new release is far from being our last."

If and when Crimson Moon comes to an end what's left for you to continue your musical career? Are you taking part in any other bands/projects, is Sabnack still active?
"To say it will never end would be presumptous and ridiculous. Obviously I will not be doing this (Crimson Moon) as I grow into old age, 25 years from no or so. A lot of bands need to realize when it's time to call it quits and should do so when the time comes instead of milking things for financial gain. I stay active with several other projects outside of Crimson Moon, Sabnack being one of them and that will continue as long as I remain physically capable of doing so.When songwriting/performanceneeds to be fored as oppoese to occuring naturally, that usually means it's time to give things a break or move on in my opinion. Music is however one of the few things which I find elation within mortal existence."

Well that about wraps up this brief interview. I would like to thank Scorpios Androctonus for giving me this change. The last words are yours.
"Regars for the interview and support in hopes that this will shed some of the Luciferian light behind what was, what is and what shall become. Regualr updates may be found at the Crimson Moon official homepage:
