Interview with Lord Imperial of
So how have you been?
"Distracted and unpleasant."

Ok, the band started out as Imperial in 1995, two years later in 1197 the band changed its name to Krieg, why the change?
"Well-documented issues with a band of the same name who are now defunct."

I noticed that you have more slpit cds than full-length cds why is this and whe are the fans going to get another full-length from Krieg?
"There have only been 3 cd splits, while there is several recorded full lengths and mcds circulating. Next will be a mcd on Suicidal Stimulous Records 'Wounds'."
From the splits albums you have made with the other bands which one was the one that you feel was the best piece of work?
"The four way split CD of Krieg/Judas."

Do you enjoy working with these other bands?
"I wouldn't participate otherwise."

Can we in the future expect a Krieg/Nachtmystium split cd?
"Its not out of the question."

You have in the past participated with Judas Iscariot, how was it working with Akhenaten?
"I've worked with him on various projects for a long time, he is definitely one of the best collaborators to conspire with."

Will we see Krieg oer here in Los Angeles soon?
"Next year during the final shows of Krieg, I am planning a gig with several local bands which are of great worth."

What can we expect from Krieg in the future?
"Only another year of life."

Well that about wraps this interview but before you leave is there anything else that you would like to say to the people out there?
"Be careful to not leave your knives in others back, for those blades will come to stab you in the throat."

I would like to thank Lord Imperial of Krieg for taking time in doing this brief interview.
