Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit of Black Torment for those unfamiliar with you guys?
"BT was born in Feb '97 as a one man project, creating some tracks and some of them were recorded. It's until Feb '98 that BT is formed as a band with the addition of the rest of the members and this is Black Torment's intention, to be a band and be able to do some gigs."
Can you tell us about the new album that Black Torment is working on? When will this new work of yours be released and by whom?
"As I was telling you, the album is already recorded and will be released at the beginning of 2007 with Old Cemetery Records (usa) and Holokaostor Prods (brasil). Did you guys sign to Old Cemetery Recs for future releases or was it just for this cd?
"When we talked and made the deal, it was only about this cd. We don't know if next Black Torment's work will be also released by Old Cemetery. We'd like to because it's a label appropriate for Black Torment."
B.T has performed in several parts of the Mexican Republic, have you guys planned any US shows for this upcoming cd?
"We're willing to do shows any place of the world, it's just a matter of getting in touch with anyone interested in Black Torment bombing USA."
I really hadn't heard of Mexican Black Metal until I came up on Avzhia and Black Torment. Are there any more black metal bands from Mexico that are worth listening?
"Concerning Black Metal, there are a few bands worth to listen but there are Death Metal and Thrash Metal acts really worth to listen...old sound!!!"
Currently are you in any other bands or is Black Torment your main focus at this point? If in other bands, how do you keep them separate?
"Actually I have 3 alternative projects, Sadistik 666, Walquiria and Maze of Extermination. Also I have projects with Black Torment members like Terrorist Kommando. It isn't hard to keep them separated because they are focused on different genres."
It is stated on your page that "All the philosophy of Black Torment is totally based on Satanism," with that said how do you feel about the 'un'-black metal bands infecting what's left of the Black Metal scene?
"I hate all the weak and faggot bands!!! Black/Death Metal Cult is that...Satanism and Hate!!! Fuck false bands!!!!!"
