~Fr. John-Benedict Weber O.Carm.~
In 1970, he was professed as a Carmelite friar and ordained a priest in 1977.
He certainly comes to the Lay Carmelites with a wealth of Carmelite background having served as a high school teacher, a campus minister, and a pastor. Presently he is still serving on the Carmelite Preaching Team and is General Delegate to Carmelite Cloistered Nuns and Carmelite Hermits in North America.
His Graduate studies were done at Washington Theological Union in theology, at Catholic University of America in church history and at Chicago Theological Union in spirituality.
Come Holy Spirit, Come by means of the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your well-beloved spouse and fill Fr. JB with the fire of Your Love, the fullness of Jesus, help him to lead all in Carmel to profound holiness.
