Hidden Poetry    by Carlos Rull

May 11, 1991

One by one,
pictures unfold,
where once was a
casual scene,
where once was a
ray of hope,
where once was a
time to dream.

A view to a landscape,
a world full of beauty,
of birds and flowers,
of timeless expressions,
of wisdom and clarity,
of understanding,
a world inside
another world.

Hidden poetry,
the view at hand,
a Source prevails,
beneath the fabric,
as life unfolds, as so created,
from normal routines,
is taken for granted,
and motions shift,
for so they change,
where all is lost,
no one to blame.

One by one,
the stories are told,
where once was
a scene,
where once was
a hope,
where once was
a time to dream.
