Back In San Diego We actually arrived back in San Diego around 12:30pm today, after a five and a half hour drive from Scottsdale, Arizona. I was able to check email and catch up on computer stuff. Then I went to pick up my younger son at his school. Boy was he glad to see me! But I soon had to drop him off at his cousin's and get ready for tonight's gig at the Harmony on 5th! This was going to be a tough one, after getting back from the mini-tour and then going off again to do another gig without at least a day's rest. The Harmony On 5th gig went extremely well.
I had a great solo at the very end of the evening. However,
I was so tired, that I took my time in breaking down the drumset
and loading it into the van. It had been an exhausting day,
and I didn't get to see my wife and older son yet!
