Carla Humphries first appeared in Berks on December 28, 2003 as Paris, a model based in Germany, who is in the Philippines to shoot a commercial. The two quickly form a relationship.

In this episode, Ketchup visits Paris and meets her friends, who obviously don't like him.

They make fun of his name ("Mayonnaise?" "Mustard?"), and make him feel unwelcome ("Is he the pizza delivery boy, and you just decided to keep him?").

Paris tries to defend him, but things become awkward and finally, Ketchup leaves.
