Individual Career Plan Contents
Students in grades 6-12 are involved in a career development
process called the Individual Career Plan (ICP). As part of this process,
students initiate and review an Individual Career Plan document. This document
is a planner that helps students set tentative career goals and educational
plans to reach those goals. Students establish goals based on their
own interests and thinking.
