             I find that BALTH VAN DER POL is fisrt to introduce the Relaxation Oscillator

               and The Cardiac Simulator.I get an unlimited passion reading Balth Van Der

                and I dream to make An Electromechanic Cardiac Simulator and An Electro-

                nicCardiac Simulator connected to a Cardiac Dedicated PC displaying the Elec

                trocardiogram signals ECG PQRST.And I will call it THE CARDIORYTHMOR.

                 How to know the names of people who work in this art-of-science cardiology,it

                   Is a really problem to me and the WEB is not birth in senegal.The Bibliothec

                    Of Dakar university help me to find articles from INIST France.I found the

                 Names of Mayer Landau INRIA France,Hodgkin and Huxley nobelists,Jose

                   Jalife Usa,C Anzelevitch and Moe USA,Yanagihara,Noma and Irisawa in

                   Japan.Dr Diana Jackson from health center missouri send me many articles.

                     In 1996 The Web is borned in senegal,facilitation for me to search articles.

                     In 1997 to learn Electrophysiology I request to be integrated in CES Cardiolo-

                     Gy oh medicine faculty of dakar and the cardiology clinic of Dantec Hospital

                    Of dakar with the collaboration of Dr Fallou Cisse,Dr Gora seck,Professor

                      Agregè Bara Ibrahima Diop,Professor agregè Moustapha Sarr and Semou

                      Diouf. I take my decision to line this Plan Development for the promotion of

                       Cardiac results :
