Hello, my name is Cara Watson. I have been sewing for over 20 years, starting with making barbie dolls clothes. I took a quilting class about 10 years ago. I have been quilting ever since. I simply love to quilt. I have recently ventured into long-arm quilting. I traditionally tied off my quilts. I have to admit that quilting on a long-arm quilting machine certainly makes your quilt all the more beautiful. I will never tie off another one of my finished quilts again. Let me assist you in making your quilt top as lovely as it can be.

Cara's Creative Quilting uses a hand-guided Gammil Optimum Plus Long Arm Quilting Machine. There is an array of patterns to choose from. You can either choose the design, or you can allow me to create your heirloom for you. I want to make your quilt as beautiful as possible.

I am here to make quilting fun and easier for you. I prefer you to provide your own batting and backing. Please be sure that your batting and backing are at least 6 inches longer and wider than your quilt top. If you prefer me to provide these items, I have a premium muslin (bleached or non-bleached), and I use 4 oz. poly batting. There will be an additional cost if I use my materials.
