Petition!

Hide and Seek is such a widely played game that it surely deserves International recognition. By making it an Olympic event, the whole world can be involved in it's fun. If we start to petition now, maybe we will see it added in time for Greece 2004!
But - you ask - just how can this marvellous game be played on such a world wide level? Easy - I say. Each country has a team of 5 people, and each take it in turns to seek whilst the other country's hide. The seeker's are timed on how long it takes to find ever member of each team. The hiders are also timed on how long the team can stay hidden for. At the end of the contest, which ever team stayed hidden the longest get's GOLD! Then next longest get's silver, and the third longest gains Bronze.

I, the undersigned of do hearby agree with Captain J.V.A. Stable - mad as he may well be - that Hide and Seek should be recognised as an Olympic event.
