Freshman players and their parents! Welcome to the proud life of the
"Black and Gold". Welcome to Capistrano Valley High
School, with it's rich tradition of excellence on the athletic fields. And
welcome to the best place to play high school football in Orange County!

As a young Cougar, you and your new
teammates will grow in many ways. You be challenged to become the
best that you can be - as an athlete, and as a scholar/student. You will
become more confident , and develop good character. |
You will have lots of new teammates. You will go through
the battles together, and they will become your life-long
friends. |

As a football player, you will learn to respect your
coaches, the officials, your teammates, and your opponents. |
