Welcome Alumni from All Years!

Ask anyone who has worn the Black and Gold. 

...Anyone who has broken the huddle, with the shout of, "Cougars!"  There is no better way to live every boy's dream of playing Fridays, under the lights, than to be a Capo Valley Cougar! Those who have gone into battle together for CV share a brotherhood that will remain with them for life. And every team, every class, is connected to one another by the Cougar bond. We honor the Black and Gold..."Cougars for life!"

     The 2000 Cougars visit USC's Spring Game. USC will have a "Capo Valley" backfield this season, with  Cougars Charlie Landrigan, at fullback, and Malaefou MacKenzie,  at tailback.

Blake Worley powers the UCLA Bruin Offensive Line. The Cougar alumnus is starting his second season as a starter for the Blue and Gold.                                           

New York Jets tight end, Blake Spence, was a Capo Valley Cougar, and a University of Oregon Duck.

    Cougars Erik Johnson and Andrew Tuzzelino play for Yale University.
