The plan to my title 29340/1 is shown below. This is Sealed Plan 29340/1:
However within the Lands, Titles Office is another plan called "Registered Plan 93283". This plan includes
my property and neighbouring property.
However when an enquiry is made of the electronic plan system which is called the "Enquiry on Renumbered Plans", the Sealed Plan 29340 is
not called. However the "registered plan 93283 is called by the renumbered plans subsystem.
Questions which could be asked include:
1. Is the Sealed Plan 29340 a registered plan?
2. Why hasn't the old plan 93283 been archived?
3. Why is this old plan still able to be accessed easily in the LTO system? NEXT HOME
