- 1998 to present:SETA Family Service Worker.
- 1997 to present: Full Time Student, CSUS. Candidate for a BA in Spanish, minor Business Administration.
- 1997: S.E.T.A. Head Teacher/Teacher Assistant. On call to provide child care for government-sponsored day care.
- 1995 to 1997: Volunteer/Fundraiser/Trainer/Social Worker, Centro Guadalupe.
- 1995 to 1997: Student, American River College. Completing courses (Spanish, Marketing, Law Accounting, etc.) for BA. Selected as outstanding student based on GPA (straight "A's" several semesters). Outstanding teacher's assistant and tutor in Spanish.
- July l987 to 1996: Petite Sophisticates, Assistant Manager/Supervisor. Duties: training, and other management functions. Also top salesperson (almost double the hourly sales of other employees). Winner of trip to Enfield, Connecticut (company headquarters).
Education:
On track to receive a BA from CSUS. AA from American River College. Selected an outstanding Hispanic student at American River College. Last semester selected outstanding student based on GPA. On track to receive BA next year.
Special Skills:
Have taken courses to enhance management, marketing, and communications skills, as well as computer skills. Speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently. Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
