reproval with public disclosure, public reproval with duties,
discipline with actual suspension, disciplinary probation with
no actual suspension, suspension for failure to pass the
Professional Responsibility Examination and/or disbarment.

To obtain discipline information specific to this member regarding 1)whether or not the member has a record of public discipline; 2)the current status of the member, and 3)a history of any status changes for the member you may purchase a certificate of standing. Certificates of standing cost $25; send your written request along with your check to Membership Records 180 Howard Street, San Francisco CA 94105. The certificate does not explain or give reasons why an attorney may have been disciplined. To obtain a copy of the member's discipline record please contact the State Bar Court at 213/765-1418. A recording will tell you how to obtain a copy of the member's discipline record. There is a charge for this service.
