                      A Voice from Hebron
                     by Gary M. Cooperberg
               Letter To Prime Minister Netanyahu
                         April 1, 1998

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

As always, I am extremely impressed with your consistent documentation of Arafat's
violation of the Oslo accords. What I fail to understand, however, is why you do not react
to your own proof of these violations by recognizing the total failure of the agreement and
thus declare it null and void.

It is abundantly clear that we do not have a valid agreement and that all the State of
Israel has sacrificed for peace was, in fact, totally futile. It is thus well within our
rights, nay even an obligation, to take back everything we gave away under false pretenses.

Mr. Prime Minister, Yitzchak Mordechai said, just a few months ago, that the IDF is well
able to take back all lands given to the PLO. It is high time that you instruct him to do
so.

                                                            With Blessings from Hebron,

                                                                Gary M. Cooperberg
