A STATEMENT: I created this Bio Page so the visitors can see that the guy doing this analysis of the National DEBT is just an "average" ol' working stiff, and not some fancy Harvard Economist.

The question, then becomes... hey, if an "average Joe" like Cliff can see the DEBT picture clearly, why can't the Washington Politicos see it?

Answer: They can, but it would require some tough decisions to deal with it, and those "gutless wonders" are too busy buying your vote with your money to do anything about the DEBT.

Now, about these photos of me... I put them on the Page coz several people asked me to... not coz I wanted to. It cost me $20 to get 'em scanned, and all who know me know of my thrifty (tight) nature and know that I wouldn't do it on my own.

If you believe the above Statement, then you probably believe everything Slick Willie says. Some people probably think that I did this Bio and put up the photos coz I'm on an EGO trip! (heh heh)
