SIKORSKY R-5 (S-51)

El VS-337 con un rotor de 14,63 m de diámetro y con motor estrella P&W r-985-an-5 de 450 hp, voló por primera vez el 18 de agosto de 1943, designado posteriormente XR-5 por los militares. El cuatriplaza civil designado S-51 voló el 16 de febrero 1946, producido luego en Gran Bretaña como WESTLAND DRAGONFLY.
