The design objective of EZ-Copter is to maximize the use of simple structure and minimum engine power to lift a person maintaining sufficient controls solution is to eliminate tail rotor, clutch, gear box, and the need of a big engine to feed all the friction energy losses and the extra weights. EZ-Copter rotor blades are powered by the thrust of two small gas engines, in which a lifting disc is created without a reaction force (thus does not need a tail rotor). The result is a super simple and light weight helicopter that is easy to build and easy to fly.
