This was another attempt by I.P. Bratukhin to build a helicopter for practical application rather than technology demonstration.  It had a side-by-side cockpit for the pilot and navigator, and an observer cockpit behind the wing. The rest of fuselage could be used to carry 2-3 passengers and/or photo equipment. Above the cockpit an unarmed spherical turret was installed. There was an option to make the main gear retractable backwards. At the time, on the 'decision-making level', attention was shifted to competing designs (under the influence of Western designs). Despite the fact that the B-10 was performing well, it failed to arouse any interest 'in The High Circles'.
