The "BASQUE COUNTRY RADIO TEAM" grants, since 1990, the "ISN" in
order encourage expeditions to spanish interior islands, according to
the following rules:

1. Any legal radioham station (OM or SWL) can apply for the award.

2. Contacts may be in any authorized band and mode, except crossed band
or mode, repeaters on land. Only satellites are allowed for cross band
mode. 

3. Every contact must have being done after the 1st. of January, 1990.

4. Awards will be issued for PHONE (AM,FM,SSB), and CW modes.

5. The amount of islands contacted depends on the QTH of the applicant.

  a. From EUROPE (and EA8-9): The A.R. must contact with 30 of the listed
ISLANDS. They should include at least once, 5 GROUPS (PROVINCES) and
3 HF bands.
  Endorsements for every 10 extra islands for any applicant, including
at least 3 Groups and 2 different bands.

  b. Stations from OTHER CONTINENTS must contact with 30 ISN islands,
including 3 GROUPS (PROVINCES).
  Endorsements for every 10 extra islands.

6. V-U-SHF: 10 ISN islands, 5 LOCATOR. Endorsements: 10 extra islands and
2 Loc.

7. The QSL must be sent without any corrections along with a LIST
ordered by ISN ref.
