If you are a minor under the age of 17, and you do not have a parent submission, then we do ask that you get your parents consent first, by filling out the consent form and send it along with your application for C.A.P.A. We will have special chinchilla showing for those in the Junior Class.

All you have to do now is fill out the application and the Consent Form then send them in along with your $20 annual fee to:
