Sharon's mother is in the hospital with blood clots in her lungs.  She is on medication to help disolve them and will probably be on kumidin the rest of her earthly life.  While there to visit her, Sharon's sister, Beverly, had to go to the emergency room with severe leg pain.  She could not walk because of the pain.  She was given medicine which helped the pain they think was caused by Gout.  The medicine made her very sick at her stomach.  Doug drove out from St. Louis where he was working for a few days.  It was good to see him and his grandma was very glad to see him.  Back home, his wife, Lucy, was without power for six hours.  A storm passed the Washington DC area and parts of Maryland.
