Hanging Paper Birds
Materials Needed:
Paper, Scissors, Tape, Thread
Instructions:
Using the paper, cut out a profile of a bird and a pair of wings. Color the bird and draw a face. Fold down the inside edge of the wings and tape it to the body. Tape a piece of thread on the back of the bird and hang it from the ceiling. Make many of these birds to decorate a room, or you can even make a mobile!

Clay Pot Birdbath
Materials Needed:
16 inch or larger Terra Cotta Clay Pot, 16 inch or larger Terra Cotta Clay Saucer, Rub-On Decals or acrylic paint, Clear Acrylic Sealer Spray
Instructions:
These are so simple to make, and the birds just love them! Wipe down your terra cotta pot and saucer with a damp cloth and let dry completely. The decorating ideas are endless. You can find a neat stencil and paint it, or try sponge painting.  Use simple rub-on decals available at pretty much any craft store or decorate them with acrylic paint. The only trick is to seal your bird bath well. The best sealant to use is clear acrylic sealer spray. Also, make sure you store your bird bath inside during cold weather months

What to do:
  1. Place waxed paper under your bandanna and then place a leaf or flower between the bandanna and the waxed paper.
  2. Use a rubber mallet to pound on the leaves until the color from the leaf or flower comes through the material.  Continue this way with other leaves and flowers until the entire bandanna is covered. The bandannas will be washable, but don’t use Clorox or a strong detergent when washing it.

  5. Think of a name for your company and write it across the top of the packet.
  6. Don’t forget to write what is in the packet under or above your picture.
  7. On the back of the packet write some directions on how, when, and where to plant the seeds.
  8. Figure out how much you want to sell your seeds for and write the price on the packet.
  9. Add your seeds to the packet and seal the top.
