It's sexy-fairy-man Pips from Fern Gully! He's always been my favourite FG character. I drew a nice pencil drawing of him earlier this/last year, and decided to attempt colouring him in illustrator and then photoshop. UGH. This pic has ony half of the original charm it possessed, but not too shabby overall! ;)
