We
are a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Our desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into his
image by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We
are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed
to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of
the doctrinal differences that have lead to the divisions of the Body of Christ.
We
believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is
the love, acceptance, and forgiveness of Jesus Christ,
which is greater than any differences we possess and
without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians.
We
Believe worship of God should be inspirational
so we begin our worship with music.
We
Believe worship of God should be spiritual
so we are yielded to the Holy Spirit for direction.
We
Believe worship of God should be intelligent
so we seek to faithfully teach and study the Word of God as the means to
maturity,
stability, and fruitfulness in Christ.

We
Believe worship of God is fruitful
so we seek to share the Good News of Christ's redemption
with all through the believer's outreach to the community,
the nation, and the world.
We
seek to encourage fellowship and support among members of the body,
meeting and breaking bread together both as a fellowship and in homes.
We
seek to develop the body's communication
with their Lord through personal and corporate prayer.
We
model the simplicity of the early church as described in Acts 2:4
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship,
to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:4
