CHNetworkToy's history

For version changes and a little history read THIS document.

Short description

It is designed to run under Microsoft Windows XP and higher operating systems but, until now, I have been tested the application only in Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 and in Windows Vista.
CHNetworkToy needs WinPcap ("The Windows Packet Capture Library"). It has been developed and tested with WinPcap version 4.0 beta 3.

The documentation is far from beeing completed. It is in the application's package as a set of html files and can be called from inside the application by pressing the F1 key.
