The TI-86 likely has the second-largest collection of games, after the TI-83. Texas Instruments supported this feature by adding built-in support for assembly programs to the TI-86. However, it is not as prolific with math and science programs, which was exactly why TI made their graphing calculators programmable. I know that games are popular and seem important on a calculator, but they will not help with exams. I have many games on my calculators, and use them often. However, it is math and science programs that are where the real benefits of programming are reaped, as these can easily make or break a grade. So far, I have written four programs, but should be porting some of the programs that I have written for my other calculators soon.

Atom

A program that displays the relevant properties for chemistry of electrons, neutrons, and protons.

Atomic Theory

This is a program that tells the characteristics of the following atomic theories: Aristotelian, premodern (around the 1700s), Dalton's, and modern.

Molality

The concentration of a solution expressed in moles of solute per kilogram of solvent.

Molarity

The concentration of a solution expressed in moles of solute per liter of solvent.
