Life's Pros and Cons

For everything there is a time,

For every soul there is a rhyme.

When you start to feel the heat,

Listen to your heart and feel it beat.

For every tear there is a tune,

All your pains will end soon.

When your morale starts to fade,

And you sink into the shade,

There is nothing you should fear;

Just remember I am here.

Sorrow is such bitter pain,

Rain and tear drops hit the pane.

Look for a light within this maze,

A hearth, a flame, your midnight blaze.

So just keep looking to the skies,

The Sun went down and it will rise.

This is just a darkened phase,

Don't stay locked up in that cage.

Sometimes we can't stand the pain,

The more we hurt the more it rains.

It's your life, take control and steer,

Never stop to pick up your fears.

But never start to think you've got it made,

Or your life will find the shades.

Listen to your special tune,

While you're basking in the moon.

Never try to escape from the beats,

Let the rhythms move your feet.

For your soul here's your rhyme,

You're somebody, now's your time!
